funny music clip

I thought I had seen this on a top 100/50 funny clips but cant find it.

It was a black and white clip possibly from early 50's the orchestra was in full swing and a man and lady on back row playing little used instruments were gossiping think one of them had a triangle. But they were always ready to play their one note.

Love to show it to some musical friends of mine.
