Help needed with a song

I am desperate to find out the song that's featured in this clip.

I've spent 2 hours finding the correct episode, and where about's it is, so if anyone could help me, I would be really really really happy! :-)

The song starts at 22.41, and can be heard for a few minutes before the characters talk.

It is driving me crazy!!

That does very much sound like it, but it sounds a bit different in the clip. Not sure how?
