Did anyone see Twiggy today on SFTW. What a bore, she is SO egocentric. No wonder they couldn't ask all of the questions they wanted to because they ran out of time. She just would not shut up.

How rude she was when helping Simon Rimmer to make a sticky toffee pudding. When he was doing his piece to camera to explain how to make it she just kept talkng over him gonig on about what her children liked to eat. Who cares? He deserves a medal for not telling her to SHUT UP. She must be one of the most annoying people on TV.

I like Twiggy. She's earned her fame, she's been hardworking since she was a young teenager, I remember her early days. However - she's a model, not a TV presenter.
Supermike, can we really judge someone from 10 minutes viewing them on the tv? Can you really?

I remember her very well in the 60's Boxtops and I too am full of admiration for her achievements. In this case she was there to be interviewed and not to present the programme. I think there is no excuse for bad manners such as talking over people, especially when THEY are trying to present something on TV.
Supermike, this is live tv and it's the nature of the beast
Does anyone else notice that whenever someone from the fashion industry comes on Rednapp gets all gushy around them?
I thought she came across as really nice, so what if she chatted alot. At least she isnt all up herself for being that famous. You get model like Naomi Campbell that wouldnt be seen dead on that show and if there did go on it there would be a charge.
I watched it today and did notice they got a bit worried about running out of time cos she was rambling while making the pudding. What I remember the most was Karl Pilkington asking Louise if she wrapped her Christmas presents from Father Christmas or herself, the horror on her and Tim's face was hilarious, poor kids watched, Father Christmas has been outed as a fraud!

I'm watching it now and she is one of the more vocal people they have had on the show - she does seem to be hamming it up a bit.
I watched it this morning Supermike and have to disagree with you. All of the hosts were in awe of her and I thought she was really interesting, but hey, different strokes and all that :)
Oh and Karl Pilkington was fab

Thanks all for your comments. It seems I'm in a minority of one here, but I still think she was very rude to talk over Simon. As I wll remember her starting out in the 60's and admire what she has achieved from nothing.
