Anybody have any info on the songs they used to use as instrumental backing music to speak over?

It wasnt the Cornershop one by the way

There was another they used to use, before they jumped/got pushed by radio 1 with a sort of plinky plonky keyboard sound that just repeated over and over (Sorry, I know this is vague and can't remember at which point in their show they played it)

Cheers

I suspect what you may be after is 'High Wire' the theme to 'Danger Man' the Patrick McGoohan spy series. Download it here (the Bob Leaper version is the one they used).

Nope!

Cheers, but that wasnt the one i was after. hmmm

Anybody else ?!!

The other 'plinky plonky' tune they were fond of using was "Side Saddle" by the 'Conmeister' (as they called him) - Russ Conway.
