Personally, I would save your money. You say you can`t manage your time to go to a gym. If you really wanted to go to a gym, you would find the time because that would be your priority. My friends husband retired from the NHS and spent his pension money on kitting out the outbuilding they had with wonderful fitness equipment. They had a treadmill, a step machine, spinner bikes and everything else he could think of. Five years down the line, he never uses any of it. You don`t have to spend out at all to keep fit. Walking costs nothing. Swimming, cycling, yoga etc costs nothing (or next to nothing)
