Mark Hughes
I'm not a big fan of his, I think he's a vastly overrated manager - beginning with his Wales manager's record - seems to be looked at through rose tinted specs by some people - a lack of ambition cost them dearly against Russia in the Euro 2004 play offs and his overall record was really poor considering some of the talent he had available
My main concern is his lack of ability in altering the outcome of games when either drawing or losing.
For example yesterday against Wolves - I know QPR had 10 men but when it was 1-1 he swapped Derry and Young for Traore and Hal, then when they were losing he took off his main striker Zamora, instead of pairing him with Hulse and "going" for it!
I wonder, in how many games, his teams have come from behind to win or even snatch a draw
