Rick Springfield song?
I think Rick Springfield was mid 1980s. Did he sing Celebrate Youth?
Dusty Springfield (or The Byrds) has that line in Goin' Back

Yeah it's definitely Dusty right at the end of the song, top 10 UK hit 1966 written by Goffin and King and first recorded by Goldie of Goldie and the Gingerbreads. That line also appears in Sinatra's 'Come Fly With Me' not a UK hit and in a 70s hit by Johnny Wakelin called 'Black Superman'. More useless information upon request.
