Need help identifying a song

Bit sketchy this. Song is from around 2007 - 2009 and was a chart hit. The group has only had this hit to date. They come from America. The lead singer is bald/shaved head. Song is Rock/Pop not Rap/Soul etc.. From what i can remember of the video , its set in one of those underground (dingy) night clubs in America. The group is a single word name ( i think).

Anyone want to make some educated guesses?

Thanks ummm, might been a tad inaccurate with it being their only hit as i believe 'bright idea' may have been one too. Kudos to you sir! :) And yes it is one hell of a good song.

Their only hit ? Not exactly, it was their first of 4 to date, no 1 in the UK in spring 2006 followed by 'Bright Idea' no 11, 'Happiness' no 27 and 'Ain't No Party' no 21.
