LA Woman. I've always had a thing about Jim Morrisons lips.They were absolutely gorgeous...Mmmmmm!!!

Morrison died a few hours before I was born and in my teenage years I convinced myself that I was some sort of reincarnation and that his spirit entered me in the same way that a Native American's spirit entered JM. Having made it past 27 I realise that I probably am not very much like him. For a start Jim Morrison's spirit wouldn't leave his corpse and think "righto, let's see if there's any babies in Cannock worth bothering", nor would that spirit have allowed me to be the monogamous father of three sat behind this desk that I am. I did get my chap out on stage once though.

londondave- no i've never been. i don't think it would change how i feel if i went to his grave or house. i love his music and poetry, not his final  reasting place.

i really thought more people would like jim. and everyone seems to like la woman. what about the end,backdoor man, alabama song-i love that one,it's fun. point being their are so many great songs by the doors!jim was way ahead of his time. a pure geniouse! it's just too bad he wasn't smart enough to stay alive!

Jim Morrison is my idol.  I love him and The Doors. I have been to his grave in Paris - it was awesome.  I had a tattoo of Jim done several years ago - I love it. As for my fav song, thats a tough one as they are all good.  I really like Roadhouse Blues and Riders on the Storm.
