Identifying a female singer

Hi all, I saw an advert on tv probably just before Christmas and it was for a new CD by a female singer but I can't remember who it was. She wore a type of rockabilly dress and sang real jazzy songs. I know that's not much to go on but can anyone help please. Thanks.
