If you google 'Mama Cherri recipes' you'll find lots of recipes that are written for the British public and take account of what is readily available here as opposed to the US.

Her Brighton restaurant featured in a Gordon Ramsay programme. He tried to turn her business around and was largely successful. She then expanded and over stretched herself, I think her restaurant has now closed.
