Random Film Question

Completely random, and sadly I don't know much about the film except:

Had this tarzan-type guy in it, who lived in jungle and could run really fast. At the end of the film, he was in the Olympics and was gonna run race but was stopped by some evil doo-er with a voodoo doll of him. Then voodoo doll was destroyed, an he was able to run past everyone else and win.

See, random! Anyone know what the film was? It's bugged me for years.
