Is there an online database where the actual weekly sales of singles & albums (which determine chart position) can be viewed?

This might not be very helpfull I'm afraid but yes there is a database like this, with midweek charts available, exactly how many copies sold and where etc etc but unfortunatly you have to be an industry insider to view it.
