Can you all help me with this church magazine quiz?

Can any of you help me with this quiz from the local church magazine? It is from an old 11 plus paper so there is no excuse not to figure it all out. The questions are listed below:
I have nine balls that numbered 1 to 9. Numbers 1, 4 and 7 are red; 3,5 and 8 are green; the rest are black.
Numbers 2, 5 and 7 are large; 1, 4 and 9 are medium; the rest are small. Now answer these questions.
1. I want a large red ball. Which number is it?
2. I want a small black ball. Which number is it?
3. I want a medium black ball. Which number is it?
4. I want a small green one. Which number is it?
5. Which was the largest island in the Pacific Ocean before Australia was discovered?
Underline the correct line answers in the following:
6. All trees have: nests flowers fruit roots branches
7. All houses have: tenants furniture foundations windows garages
8. All flowers have: scent petals bees leaves
I have three coins X, Y and Z. Coin Z is worth 10% of coin Y which is five times the value of coin X. Coin X is worth 10% of £1.
9. What is coin Z?
10. What is the value of coin X plus coin Y?
