You can say that again Mary. I won the album in a competition off Radio Birmingham in 1973 and two tickets to see the film. I have seen every theatre production of JCS in Birmingham since then and twice in London.
When the film finished the cinema was as quiet as the grave. It seemed ages before people got up to leave. It was eerie.
When I heard this new production was being made I checked out the box office at Birmingham Indoor Arena. I was staggered to find out the price for a half decent seat was £80.00.
I'll stick to the DVD thank you very much.
