Raining here today, like April showers sunny and rain,but warmer. What do you do in Summer rain, pass the time etc, I have attempted to paint a garden table not there yet, but I have enjoyed listening to Creedence Clearwater "have you ever seen the rain"

I've been working. I'd much rather be in my bed listening to the rain on days like this though :|

Lovely day here I called at the docs first thing this morning and intended to do nowt. But mrask helped me with the washing, duvet covers etc and they've dried. Only prob is I can't stand for long just now or use my hand to do the ironing.

Took the 2 grandkids down to the beach park, it was pouring, but warm. I had on my wellies, rain jacket and brollie, kids shorts and t shirts, they had a ball. Had the whole park to ourselves, only the council workers, tidying it. They thought I was mad, why let a bit of rain stop you. The girls end up wet anyway as there is a pool there. Was thinking of a couple of nights camping, but there is no way even I would try that in this weather, we'll just put a pop up tent in the house.

Tucked myself upon the sofa with a series of books that I have been waiting to read. The Pern books of Anne and Todd McCaffrey. Read all of Anne's books, now catching up with their joint publications and his carrying on the stories.
Shards! Suppose I must eat tonight.
