How did you meet your better half ?

I was a singer and was performing the song "When I boy falls in love" when my better half came to see me with her girlfriends. Love at first sight we were dating 3 days later. Now 14 years together !

The present Mrs Hughes and I worked in the same nightclub, she was a barmaid, and I was a DJ - she liked my voice first, and learned to tolerate the rest over the next thirty-two years!

I was porter at Peterborough North Station and her mother " summoned" a porter. When he mother went to the kiosk to buy a magazine for the jouney, I chatted up her daughter, got her telephone number....and the rest is history.
