On the BBC2 documentary "Judging Michael Jackson" shown on 7th June there were some great covers of MJ songs played, such as "Wanna be startin' something", does anyone know who did these covers?

Hi pmoore

I didn't see this documentary so I can't help you, but I have a friend called Foy Vance who is hopefully going to break the music scene really soon.  He does a fantastic version of Billy Jean.  It is brilliant.

As far as I know he has recorded it on his EP which is due to be released in July 05.  Keep your ears open for him or check out his website

Actually, I did those cover versions (apart from the country and western style "you are not alone")
Glad you enjoyed them.
We tried to make really stripped down versions.
There were others that I did that weren't used.
