calories burnt or not???
2 Answers
Hi all,
I have got a tread mill and an excercise bike, with, it seems, conflicting calculations from the onboard computers. 10 minutes on the treadmill at 6mph results in a display reading of 20 calories burnt. 10 minutes on the bike shows more like 70 plus calories burnt. any idea which is nearer to correct. i did Google it, but very inconclusive result, it appears that your body weight has some factors, the heavier you are, the more you lose???
Thanks,
Percy

Your diet will play a major factor aswell, staying away from complex carbs will help and also illiminating those goodies such as sweets, crisps, even limiting yoru alcohol intake, try to exercise on an empty stomach this will give your body more chance of burning fat off.
Just a few tips hope it helps, and just remember if your not sweating its not working
