I'm doing a treasure hunt and going past a pub called the rose and crown

I am sure there is a song with the line

"There's a pub in town called the rose and crown and one day I met Rosie there"

Am I imagining this

I found that but couldnt find any lyrics so am not sure but thanks anyway

There is indeed a song that starts with that line, recorded by the New Vaudeville Band (altho' I don't know who actually wrote it). Rather sadly, I know all the words, and the tune, and the chords, in my head, so if you're still interested after five years (!) please let me know.
