Need help looking for 70's/80's vinyl record cover

I remember seeing this weird looking vinyl record album cover as a child and I am interested in finding out what this band is. All I can remember is a man sitting down and has hooves instead of feet, might of been other people in the background as well in a room I think.

Good answer- I do remember that one. However there's still another one I can picture ( I vaguely recall he had a tail as well that was pulled around the front)
