Genesis at Knebworth was the first, back in the 70's. Funnily enough the last was the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, also at Knebworth last year.

I remember 3 singles from Pilot- Magic, January and Just a Smile. I was surprised when I played a snippet of Magic to a class of 12 year olds recently and they all started singing along. Apparently it's been used in quite a few films.
My first concert was Darts! I wasn't expecting to enjoy it but loved it. Next was Buzzcocks or Eddie & Hotrods. In the late 70s I saw a concert almost every week
