its a dance song from a few years ago and in the video its about a mine worker or sumtin and he dances with a women infront of a panel or something like that anyway?

this is a song called since i left you by the avalanches

 

i think its that song.

 

it is definately the avalanches from that album anyway...

As punkfloyd says, 'Since I Left You' features two  miners, with the 'tubbier' one dancing with two women before a panel.
