last time I was driving in the west highlands I had Nevis Radio on for traffic reports and in between the usual commercial fare of beyonce, rihanna, take that, etc, there came on what I can only describe as a folk song, telling of a journey made by the singer (and friend) by train to Glasgow. the song was completely unannounced so assume the regular listeners know what it is. being used to quasi-networked commercial radio further south, it was totally random, but a nice surprise.
