i saw it on MTV2's loudest week ever today, but i missed the bit that comes up to tell you what it is...

there's a girl that's in a car crash, then she's laying on the hospital table (like the autopsy table when people are dead) and then she opens her eyes. At the very end, it shows a car on the side of the road with the door open, and a guy laying on the floor next to it.

I think it's a Brand New song, but i could easily be wrong!
