Unknown song in shopping Centre

I heard a song a while back which I thought was great but forgot what it was. I remember the video but that's about it. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated. Theres a bald guy singing, its in a shopping mall, there are people etc in cages and behaving like animals. Theres a few bits as the lead is singing coming down an escalator and in a lift. Im sure 'dont let go' is a lyric. I know this is little help but its all I remember
