Who wrote the song about the Windmill in Old Amsterdam and its clog-wearing mice?

The song, which was a hit for Ronnie Hilton, was written by Ted Dicks and Mike Rudge. The duo obviously had a flair for comedy songs - they also wrote "The Hole In The Ground" and "Right Said Fred" which gave chart success to comedian Bernard Cribbins.
