Getting Tracks Released

what is the best way to go about getting tracks/albums released. i have made a few tracks now, but have no idea of how to get them going. they not crap also. ha

There's a site called dittomusic.com which looks pretty good (haven't used it myself). 3 options - £5 single (up to 2 tracks), £12 EP (up to 6 tracks), £22 album (up to 20 tracks). Payments appear to be one-off and you keep all royalties; material is made available on all the biggies, iTunes, Spotify etc etc.
Whether or not they impose 'standards' - especially high quality studio recordings etc etc - I don't know, but maybe worth a look anyway.
