Unable To Receive Email Via Control Panel - 'authentication Failed'
I'm not receiving my business emails from my website, because in the control panel (extendcp.com) the password had changed (why would this happen?). I changed it back and then I received the emails ok.
That was a few days ago. HOWEVER today the same thing has happened: I went into my mailbox details in extendcp.com and, again, the password was a
different 12-character one. So I changed it back again BUT I'm not
receiving the emails this time - I can't login to my
WebMail via extendcp.com as it doesn't recognize the password I've changed it back to .....does anyone out there understand this...?!!
