Trying To Find A Song....

Asked this question a few years ago & still can't find the answer. System of a Down B.Y.O.B has a line "Going to a party & I'm sure to have a real good time." It's nicked from maybe a 70's funk/ dance tune. They even sing it in the correct tune & phrasing.For the life of me I can't find the original track that contained these lyrics. Exhausted all avenues. Help. It's bugging me so much.
