Best Breakdown Cover [Maybe Short Term?]
This is a subject I have no knowledge of what so ever so Google is just blowing my mind.
I need to cover a car for two long journeys, Essex to Sheffield and Essex to Wales. Both of these will be in March so....
Would it be worth covering the car for just the month or the year?
Any links to the actual offers would be much appreciated :0)

It sounds rather an unusual arrangement, not to have it for the full year, and tbh it might cost you a lot more pro rata to add it for only a short period (if they will even consider doing it).
I'm understanding this as AA, RAC etc rather than insurance? If so I can only say when my daughter did this short term the cost was ridiculously high when worked out on a pro rata annual basis. Personally I think you'd be better to go with a basic annual cover. Hope someone comes along and gives you some good links (maybe confused.com???)
This says you can indeed call out AA or RAC and pay a callout fee and a joining fee, but you'd pay more for membership than you would if you purchased the cover in advance http:// forums. overclo ckers.c o.uk/sh owthrea d.php?t =184173 29
