i have heard a couple of times, don't know the title, as i was in a shop both occasions when i heard it, only known words, House Party, i have listened to a couple on line, one with such vile lyrics it most definitely wasn't that
by someone called Meek Mills
its not the DJ Antoine one either i don't think, it is more R&B, funky,
with a solo guy singer. I liked it, and wondered if anyone recognises it.

tony, star to you, that's it.
I'm off to bed now. I'll look back tomorrow. Please make sure the thread isn't pulled!
I dunno what you mean, I'm still stuck in a Glasgow dungeon waiting for the polis to rescue me!
Well done Tony. I'd never have got that. I'm surprised that would get played in shops. Sounds like a 70s dance group has reformed and done a reunion gig
So what was it tone ? Can't open your clip on kindle....
Question Author
this is the earlier version, told you it goes with a swing,

more James Brown, he was part of Brown's backing band, and then had his own band, i had some of his records, not that one though
Oh yeah, thanks emmie.
Bootsy Collins was also part of James Browns backing band, he went on to work with George Clinton in Parliament Funkadelic.
