Cheery Classical Cd?

Could anyone recommend a classical music CD which contains cheery, uplifting, music, please?

La Vie Parisienne, by Jacques Offenbach, might be suitable. It's performed in it's entirety (in an utterly brilliant modern interpretation) here. (A CD version will just have the music).

The best place to find those, somewhat oddly, isn't HMV or Amazon, it's a supermarket. Sainsbury's had a good range in just before Christmas, so it might still be worth looking there. (Their compilation disks tend to be themed, such as 'relaxing', 'rousing', etc, so you could probably find something suitable for your tastes).

Try something by Andre Rieu - even better, one of his dvd's, particularly Roses from the South - they are so uplifting
