Guitar Effects Pedal That Produces Everyday Sounds?

This is probably a stupid question, but I have a piano that has hundreds of different effects for example, a dog barking, rain, lightning, horn etc. is there anything like this for guitar? I know there's ones that allow for various distortion, bass levels but anything for other sounds?

All you need is a foot pedal unit that accepts audio files loaded (typically) from a USB memory stick. This one certainly does the job (at a price!)
