Help With Title Of Obscure Film - Possibly 1980S

I am trying to remember the title of an American film I saw on TV ages ago. It was about a women who wanted to learn card counting to beat the casinos in Las Vegas. Her father used to be a card counter and she asked one of his friends to teach her the art of card counting. When she was ready, I think she dressed as a man and assembled a team of other gamblers to assist her. She would watch the cards while they were all playing and give them the nod whether to stick or take another card. I think she was trying to get revenge on the casinos because she blamed them for her father's death. I can't remember who the actress was but it was probably a made-for-TV movie. Can anyone help please? It is driving me mad and I don't think it will come to me in a million years.
