Blond Hair: Colour Fade Question
2 Answers
I have highlighted blond hair, on the cusp of yellowy blond. I find that after a week or so after having it foiled the colour starts to fade and it lacks the tone and vibrancy from when it was first coloured.
My question or questions rather are:
Has anyone experienced a shampoo that actually helps maintain a good yellowy blond vibrancy? I use Aussie Mega and Kerastase Bain De Force currently. Or indeed any tips to keep that more vibrant yellow blond (not ashen or white.)
I also use a Kerastase hair oil as a leave in treatment prior to blowing, could this cause colour fade?
I should say, please don't suggest purple shampoos because these make the hair more ashen and whitey!
