I am trying to find the name of one of the pieces of music found in two films - 'Bring it on' and 'Kicking and Screaming'.   All I can remember about it is that it's mostly music with the occasional "are you ready for this" shouted out now and then - can anyone help me before I crack up????

A quick glance at the soundtrack listing for Bring It On on IMDB, has "Get Ready For This" by 2 Unlimited, which is most likely the one you want.
