Who Have You Seen Play Live And Who Was The Best And Who

I was reading a recent post I made regards to Bob Dylan and one AB'er said that they had seen him recently and he should retire another disagreed which made me wonder if the person who disagreed had actually saw him live recently.
Who have you seen live were you so impressed did it send shivers all over you OR were you so disappointed that this is the only time you can talk about it.For me

I`ve seen loads but best was the Stones at Twickenham joint second was Bryan Ferry last year at Shepherds Bush Empire and Eurythmics last night of the Peace tour. Worst was U2 also at Twickenham (the sound was terrible) and Robbie Williams at Milton Keynes who I`m not really a fan of but I aquired a ticket and apart from the fact that it was dire, he started a game of football with his mate right in the middle of the gig.

Led Zeppelin - Birmingham Odeon - early 1970s - quite astonishingly good.

Fat Reg from Pinner - Birmingham Town Hall - mid 1970s - unexpectedly brilliant (I only went to attempt to inveigle myself into a girl's ... affections)

Lou Reed - Birmingham Odeon - 1974 - just beyond anything I'd seen before (even if he was the most scary person I've ever tried to interview)

Best (ones) - Barclay James Harvest with full orchestra, Slade (their version of Steppenwolf's Born to Be Wild was amazing) and The Beach Boys (both in 1971 and 2008)

Worst - and I hate to say it because I so love his music was Van Morrison, there's more atmosphere in a vacuum)

went to a monsters of rock festival years ago in Birmingham. Alice Cooper was top of the bill. By the time he came on (after 3 other acts) I was so bladdered I cant remember a thing but my girlfriend at the time told me that he was fantastic....
Saw Spandau Ballet a few years back in Manchester, they werent too bad.

Worst - Deep Purple in Rock minus Lord, Man, Bay City Rollers, Eagles, Eartha Kitt

awful, factor, we had a gf of one of the guys who got tickets and it was dire. The only tartan was the beer, copious quantities consumed.
