Exercise - Motivation And Fighting Fatigue
So i recently started a new job with very different hours from my previous one and i am finding it hard to get the energy/motivation to work out after work. At my previous job some of my shifts started in the afternoon giving me time to exercise before my shift. My new job however is 8-5 everyday (Monday - Friday) with a hour added on to both ends for travel. I have always worked out and enjoy doing so but my job is physically challenging in itself and by the time i get home all i want to do is get a shower and relax. How can i fight the fatigue and get my old motivation back?

Once you feel more settled try an extra early start rather than an after work session and see how that works. Do it once and you might get motivated again.
Unfortunately I cannot speak from experience - I've never worked out and struggled to walk round the block at lunchtime! Be kind to yourself and only go if it makes you happy. Life is too short to push it to the limits.
