80's vegetarian Goth band.

In the late 80's there was a Goth band who were all vegetarian, and every interview the did, the interviewer would bring it up as if it was the only interesting thing about the band.

What were they called, cos it's bugging me now.

Wayne Hussey of The Mission was always an outspoken vegetarian (probably still is but my Goth phase ended over 10 years ago).

I have been a Goth since 1984, still am at 39though I call myself Alternative these days! I really cant think who that might be, will research for ya.

Miss Zippy, what makes ya change? goth aint a fashion it is a way of life! I know pleanty of folk older than me that still look the part.

i know pleanty of punk bands that were vegan/veggie.

I remember ripping into a couple of school-mates that liked them, as they were a bit of a "girls' band".

I was strictly Guns n' Roses at the time.

...and it ain't The Mission,  I remember them, quite liked some of their stuff.

The band I'm thinking of had five members, one  of whom played keyboards.(I've always had a bit of a thing against bands with full-time keyboard players, apart from  Elvis Costello's Attractions.)
