We used to sing a hymn at school called 'When Jesus Walked in Galilee'.

I remember very few lyrics except it went something like ' When Jesus walked in Galilee, he gave all men a chance to see....and how they all should live.'

I am trying to find an audio clip/mp3, anything online. Can anyone help?

[Don't know if this is the one you mean, but it's a beautiful hymn and we usually sing it at our church to the tune 'Fewster.' There's also a tune called 'Lakeside' but I'm not familiar with this one. Sorry, I don't know how to do links.

I've been after this for years, as I used to sing it in school when I was younger, and it's one of those that the tune stays in your head but the words fade with time, well anyway here it is enjoy.

When Jesus walked in Galilee,
He gave all men a chance to see what god intended them to be,
And how they ought to live.

When Jesus hung upon the cross,
Enduring hunger, pain and loss,
He looked, with loving eyes, across
The scene and said, “Forgive.”

When Jesus rose on Easter Day,
He met a women in the way
And said, “Go to my friends, and say
The Master is alive.”

When Jesus comes to us each day,
And listens to us as we pray,
We’ll listen too, and hear him say,
“come follow me, and live!”
