Hi I am looking for a song I sang at school 40 years ago. Would love to find the music. The words start like this:

Mother dear, please let me go with Hans,

Don't keep me, let me go.

If with Hans I could dance,

Mother twud please me so.

And then it goes into a sort of yodelling/Tyrollean style.

Hope someone out there has heard of it. I can't shake it out of my head!
