Music Video is all I can remember...

There's a song I heard a couple of times several months ago, probably on MTV2 or something, but I can't remember the name of the song, the artist or even any lyrics. All I can do is describe the lyrics. If anyone could tell me what it is, I'd really appreciate it, because it's driving me nuts.

Ok, as far as I can remember, the video is just the artist standing around against a plain background. She's a woman with fairly long dark hair and quite a big mouth, and she's wearing bright red lipstick, a jacket with long tassels all down the sleeves, and (I think) flared trousers. She plays an acoustic guitar.

Up until very recently, I associated the video with the song Black Horse and the Cherry Tree by KT Tunstall, but I've seen that video, and it's definitely not the same.

Is it maybe PJ Harvey??She has dark hair,bright red lipstick and a big mouth!!

Quite right, it was PJ Harvey. The song was This Is Love. I don't know why I didn't think of her in the first place.
