I don't think activity, diet etc are relevant. It's based on where you're at now, regardless of how you've got here. And it can't predict what you will do next; you could live more healthily, or less.
jno -well that's refreshing - your future health is no reflection of your current lifestyle -so I can work out,eat a low fat high fibre diet and abstain from alcohol -and expect my heart to be the same age and expect to live as long as a beer swilling,fag smoking couch potato?
naval I think the questionnaire takes your date of birth and adds or subtracts a couple of years depending on how you answer the very simplistic questions -try it with different ages and you will see a pattern.
