I don't believe that why listening to certain music can make you gay. If you are gay it's possible that this may mean you are more likely to enjoy some music types more than others, but I am sure there are no limits either to music gays can enjoy. Just enjoy whatever music you happen to like and follow your own sexual preferences

Rather than worry about what things (music included) are gay or not, make your life simpler: just ditch all the friends who make a big deal out of things like that and concentrate on enjoying whatever you like. It is possible to be hetero *and* have broad tastes.
