I know, ichkeria. He managed to though.
He did get the colours right at least :-)
Was he speaking to a London audience? Turncoat!
Ah yes. He was in sarf London. Pillock.
I'm sorry. You can forget your wedding anniversary or your children's dates of birth. You can forget the promises you made pre general election. You can even forget that when you entered the pub, your daughter was with you. But, if you TRULY support a football team, how on earth can you EVER forget? I will probably forget my own name before i forget i support Burnley - even though our loss v Leicester today looks like we are destined for the dreaded drop. Bet Prince Charles is feeling a bit miserable, right now - that's if he remembers he, too, supports The Clarets:-)
Question Author
Ken if Dave had have been ooop North I'm sure it would have been Burnley and not West ham.
Prince Charles supports Burnley??
Have you not seen him in the crowd eating a meat 'n tater pie?
Question Author
I thought I saw him outside of the ground one time, he was holding a whippet.
A corgie, surely!
He said in his speech there....“This a country where people of all faiths, all colours, creeds and backgrounds can live together in one place.

“We are a shining example of a country where multiple identities work.

Excuse me Cameron, it dosent work.

Thats why there is so much problems in Cities with mixed race, migrants and religions.
ichkeria; Burnley have an ongoing project called The Weaver's Triangle of which old 'jug ears' is very interested. He has visited this project on several occasions to monitor it's progress and, apparently, decided he was a Burnley fan.

Re Davey-Boy; my guess is that he doesn't actually support ANY football team and when he was asked if he did, he said the first team that came into his head, Aston Villa. After all, it begins with 'A' - as, admittedly does Arsenal but he probably thought they began with an 'R'. The problem with telling porkies is that you really must remember the lie otherwise you end up having a 'brain fade'.

I suspect that DC has as much knowledge of football as my pet cactus.
Question Author
So do I, Yilly.
Politicians are constantly asked their favourite football teams, favourite song, what's on your ipod, cake, car etc.

Basically ever answer is nonsense supplied by a focus gorup. Dave is supposed to be a Villa fan, but he forgot. He is supposed the be a 'Smiths' Fan but he cannot be.
