Which guy sang 15 minutes. R'N'B song from late 90's. Video was set in his futuristic apartment and he is mainly in the shower.

That was Marc Nelson.  If you're looking to buy, apart from the single, it was on his album "Chocolate Mood", which I feel duty bound to warn you is, according to reviews, as bad as its title.
