One way is rather than clicking/double clicking to play, try right mouse button menu (Windows obviously) and select "save target as..." instead. Alternatively, the streamed file is almost always stored on disk as a temporary file somewhere in your Internet Cached Files folder. You could try looking for a large file downloaded at the time you viewed it, although this can take ages, and ain't guaranteed to give results.
