Walkman Problem

hi,
hope someone can help as sony can't !
have Walkman NWZB153 .. deleted all music but now on reloading from computer , album /singer shows as " unknown ".
all music plays but obviously it would help to know which album to choose !
no good having 20+ albums , all unknown !
any ideas ?

Do the details show on the computer?

If not, then you'll need to edit the id tags of the files.

What program have you used to get the music onto the computer and onto the walkman?
