reading the story, I can't find the slightest hint of outrage there; everyone seems pretty good-humoured about it. I think this is just another example of a news medium desperately trying to hype up a non-story.
I don't jog Canary, as heaving my vast bulk about, at speed, would seem to be asking for a heart attack ! But if this young lady wants to risk everything, then so be it. ( but it doesn't look like a sports bra to me ! )

When my youngest was that age, I used to tank down the road pushing her pushchair as fast as my unfit legs would take me in the direction of nursery - I was usually late, and terrified that she would arrive too late for toast!
I wish I'd had the male equivalent of a physique like that - I probably would have run the route in Speedos!
